fa مطالعه چگونگی اثرات بایت پلین در اینتروژن و اکستروژن دندان ها در بیماران مبتلا به دیپ بایت عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p style="text-align: justify" dir="rtl"><!--stripped--> <!--stripped--> دیپ بایت از جمله مشکلات کلینیکی است که به صورت اوربایت بیش از حد نرمال در قسمت قدامی فکین تظاهر می کند. مطالعات گوناگونی برای پی بردن به چگونگی اثرات بایت پلن و تغییراتی که در نتیجه آن به وجود می آید صورت گرفته است. 14 مورد از 400 دانش آموز معاینه شده در یک دبیرستان که مشکل دیپ بایت داشنمد انتخاب شدند. شرایط کلی انتخاب مشتمل بر نداشتن پوسیدگی های سطوح پروگزیمال و از دست ندادن دندان های دائمی و سلامت نسوج نگه دارنده دندان بود .8 نفر در گروه مطالعه و 6 نفر در گروه کنترل  در نظر گرفته شدند. در گروه  معالجه برای تمام بیماران  پلاک ساده فک بالا با آرک لبیال و آکریل در قسمت کامی ساخته شد و فاصله اکلوژن ایجاد گردید. از هر بیمار 4 رادیوگرافی نیم رخ دو عدد قبل و دو عدد بعد از درمان تهیه شد. تمامی بیماران 14 ماه تحت نظر قرار گرفتند. پس از آنالیز سفالومتری در بیماران گروه case اینتروژن در دندان های سانترال مندیبل دیده ش و دندان های مولر بالا و پایین به طور معنی داری در اثر کاربرد بایت پلن elongation  پیدا کردند<br></p> <p><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA <!--stripped--><!--stripped--> <!--stripped--><!--stripped--> <style> /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal" mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0 mso-tstyle-colband-size:0 mso-style-noshow:yes mso-style-priority:99 mso-style-qformat:yes mso-style-parent:"" mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt mso-para-margin-top:0cm mso-para-margin-right:0cm mso-para-margin-bottom:10.0pt mso-para-margin-left:0cm line-height:115% mso-pagination:widow-orphan font-size:11.0pt font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif" mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin mso-bidi-font-family:Arial mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi} </style> <!--stripped--></p> <p style="text-align: justify">Deep bite is a major clinical problem manifested as higher than normal overbite in anterior region of the jaws. Various studies were conducted to identify the effects of using bite plan and its results. 14 subjects with deep bite were selected out of 400 students of a school who had not proximal caries and had not lost any permanent teeth with healthy periodontal condition. 8 patients were considered as case group and the 6 other as the control group. In case group, a simple labial arc with acrylic palate that caused a gap in occlusion was placed. 2 lateral radiographs were obtained both pre and post 14 months treatment period.
