fa پیش دارویی در مطب دندانپزشکی کودکان عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">با توجه به استرس زا بودن بسیاری از اعمال دندانپزشکی از نظر بیماران، بخصوص بیماران جوان استفاده از پیش دارویی جهت کم کردن ترس و اضطراب در تعدادی از بیماران پیشنهاد می گردد. استفاده از پیش دارویی ها در بیماران مضطرب، علاوه بر کم کردن ترس بیمار باعث آرامش بیشتر والدین و دندانپزشک می گردد که خود سبب انجام کار بیشتر و بهتر توسط دندانپزشک در زمان معالجه می گردد. قبل از تجویز پیش دارویی باید سوابق پزشکی بیمار مورد سوال قرار گیرد و با توجه به سن، وزن و میزان ترس یا اضطراب وی از انواع پیش دارویی ها که بصورت خوراکی یا تزریقی یا استنشاقی باشد استفاده گردد. از داروهای مصرفی می توان گفت که مصرف گاز N2O+O2 شاید بی خطرترین نوع پیش دارویی باشد. از دیگر داروهای مصرفی جهت بیماران جوان می توان شربت Triclofos و Hydroxyzin و یا دیازپام بصور مختلف را نام برد. بهرحال باید نظر داشت که مصرف پیش دارویی نمی تواند به عنوان از بین برنده تمام ترس و التهاب بیمار تصور گردد و باید دندانپزشک با استفاده از سایر تکنیکهای موجود هم در کم کردن ترس بیمار خود کوشش نماید. </font></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA <!--stripped--> Since many Dental interventions are stressful for patients, using premedications specially for younger patients in order to decrease their stress and anxiety is recommended. Premedication can also lessen patients' fears and soothe both patient and practitioner. This will lead to a better treatment in a shorter time. Prior to premedication, medical history should be obtained completely and an oral, inhalation or iv method of premedication is chosen according to sex, weight and the degree of anxiety of patients.  NO2 is very safe method for premedication. Also, Triclofos , Hydroxyzin or Diazepam are other common drugs used for young patients.
