fa پروتزهای بالابرنده کام (Palatal lift appliance): گزارش یک مورد عمومی general تحقیقی Research <font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">پروتزهای بالا برنده کام در مواردی به کار می روند که آناتومی کام نرم سالم و بی عیب است ولی بیمار به دلیل غیر کارا بودن کام نرم مشکل گفتاری دارد و امکان انجام جراحی نیز برای وی وجود ندارد. هدف از کاربرد این پروتزها، بالا بردن کام نرم تا سطح طبیعی بالا رفتن کام می باشد تا بتوان همایش کامی-حلقی را برقرار ساخت. طرح این پروتزها بایستی براساس حداکثر گیر باشد تا بتوان بدون جابجا شدن پروتز، کام را در موقعیت جدید نگهداشت. روشهای مختلفی برای ساخت این وسیله وجود دارد که در این مقاله به آنها اشاره شده است. </font><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><p align="justify"> </p></font> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA <!--stripped--> Palatal lift appliances are used when the soft palate is anatomically normal but dysfunctional and patients suffer from speech problems while surgical correction is not possible. The aim of these prostheses is lifting soft palate to its normal level in order to achieve palatopharyngeal competence. The prostheses are designed based on maximum retention to keep soft palate in new position without prosthesis displacement.
