fa بررسی میزان آلودگی میکروبی در وسایل و فریم های پروتز پارسیل و ثابت عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">در این مقاله تحقیقی را که از میزان آلودگی وسائل بخش و فریم پروتزهای پارسیل متحرک و ثابت ارسالی از لابراتوار به بخش انجام شده است ارائه می گردد. خلاصه کارهای تحقیقی ما به این ترتیب است که در سه مرحله از وسایل، فریمهای پروتز پارسیل، فریمهای پروتز ثابت که از لابراتوار به بخش فرستاده می شوند نمونه برداری بعمل آمد و نمونه های جمع آوری شده در روی محیط کشتهای مناسب کشت داده شد. از کلنیهای متفاوتی که بطور ایزوله در روی محیط کشتهای جامد ایجاد شده بود برای تهیه سویه های خالص کشت مجدد بعمل آمد و بالاخره تعیین هویت باکتریهای جدا شده با مطالعه خواص بیولوژیکی، بیوشیمیایی و سرولوژیکی آنها انجام گرفت. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیقات در این مقاله عرضه شده است. </font></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA <!--stripped--> In current study, we reported a research on contamination of instruments and frames of removable partial dentures transmitted from laboratory to the clinic. The instruments and frames were sampled three times and the obtained samples were cultivated in special mediums. Then, the resulted colonies were again sampled to achieve unified bacterial strains and finally the bacteria strains were analyzed in biologic, biochemistry and serological characteristics.
