fa بررسی بالینی عفونت های ویروسی دهان بعد از شیمی درمانی در مبتلایان به بدخیمی های خونی و لنفاوی عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">در سالهای اخیر دانش پزشکی شاهد پیشرفتهای قابل ملاحظه ای در درمان بیماریهای بدخیم بوده است. ظهور روشهای نوین درمانی نظیر، شیمی درمانی، اشعه درمانی و ایمنی درمانی در بیماران مبتلا به انواع نئوپلاسم علاوه بر آنکه در مواردی بهبودی کامل بیماران را باعث شده و یا بر طول عمر آنها افزوده است مشکلات عدیده ای را نیز برای بیماران و پزشکان ایجاد کرده است عفونتهای ویروسی حفره دهان در بیمارانی که تحت شیمی درمانی قرار می گیرند در اکثر موارد مورد توجه قرار نمی گیرد. لذا بر آن شدیم که به بررسی عفونتهای ویروسی در بیماران بستری و تحت شیمی درمانی در بخشهای خون بیمارستانهای امیراعلم و امام خمینی تهران بپردازیم و در این راستا 84 بیمار مبتلا به انواع لوسمی (AML و ALL و CML و CLL) و لنفوم (هوچکین و غیرهوچکین) را در فاز Immunosuppresion بعد از شیمی درمانی بمدت سه ماه مورد بررسی قرار دادیم که در این بیماران میزان ابتلا به عفونتهای ویروسی HSV درصد پایین تری را نسبت به مطالعات مشابه در دیگر کشورها نشان می داد.</font> </p> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA <!--stripped--> In recent years, Medical science has been developed remarkably in treatment of malignant diseases. New treatment modalities, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy in patients with different types of neoplasm have cured some cases and increased their life long. On the other hand, considerable complications have also been developed for both patients and clinicians. Viral infections of oral cavity in patients receiving chemotherapy is ignored in most cases. Therefore, we aimed to evaluate viral infections in hospitalized patients receiving chemotherapy in Hematology department of Amiralam and Imam Khomeini Hospitals. On this account 84 patients with leukemia (AML,ALL, CML, CLL) and lymphoma ( hochkin and non hochkin) who were in immunosuppression phase after chemotherapy were evaluated in 3 months.
