fa رضایتمندی دانشجویان از برنامه‌ آموزشی بخش ترمیمی دانشکده‌ دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران طبق کوریکولوم آموزشی جدید وزارت بهداشت و درمان و آموزش پزشکی در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 جامعه نگر dental public health تحقیقی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> به دلیل بازنگری برنامه‌ آموزشی دوره‌ عمومی دندانپزشکی، بررسی رضایتمندی دانشجویان نسبت به این کوریکوم ضرورت داشت. هدف از تحقیق حاضر تعیین میزان رضایتمندی دانشجویان از کوریکولوم آموزشی جدید وزارت بهداشت و درمان در بخش ترمیمی دانشکده‌ دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در سال‌های 99-1398 بود.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، 72 دانشجوی دندانپزشکی سال ششم دانشگاه تهران که واحدهای ترمیمی را طبق کوریکولوم جدید گذرانده بودند، بررسی شدند. پرسشنامه‌ای طراحی و برای تأیید اعتبار، در اختیار 5 استاد قرار گرفته و تغییراتی در آن انجام شد. برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه از روش آزمون- بازآزمون استفاده شد. پرسشنامه به 30 نفر از افراد گروه اصلی در یک جلسه و دو هفته بعد داده شد و درصد توافق و شاخص کاپا محاسبه شد. بعد ‌از ‌انجام ‌فرآیند ‌آزمون‌ و‌ باز ‌آزمون،‌ سوالات‌ با ‌نرم افزار STATA مورد ‌آنالیز‌ آماری ‌قرار ‌گرفتند.‌ ‌برای‌ محاسبه توافق،‌ درصد ‌توافق‌ وزن‌ داده ‌شده ‌و‌ آماره کاپای ‌وزن‌ داده ‌شده‌ محاسبه‌ و‌ گزارش‌ گردید‌.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بیشترین رضایتمندی از کاربردی بودن مبحث اصول تراش و ترمیم حفرات کلاس I آمالگام&nbsp;(به ترتیب، 94/81‌% و 39/76‌%) و اصول ترمیم حفرات کلاس II آمالگام روی دنتیک (22/72‌%) در درس مبانی ترمیمی دیده شد. کمترین رضایتمندی هم درباره‌ واحدهای نظری 1 و 2 شامل گزینه‌های کاربردی بودن مبحث ترمیم‌های هم رنگ دندان (22/47‌%)، کاربرد اینله و آنله (22/47‌%) و اصول تهیه و ترمیم حفرات کلاس II&nbsp;هم رنگ دندان (61/48‌%) دیده شد. میزان ) P-valueیا‌ خطای ‌نوع ‌اول)‌ در‌ تمامی ‌سؤالات 001/0> ‌‌گزارش ‌گردید.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به محدودیت‌های مطالعه‌ حاضر، رضایتمندی دانشجویان سال آخر دندانپزشکی دانشگاه تهران از واحدهای نظری دندانپزشکی ترمیمی در کوریکولوم سال 1396 متوسط و از مبانی واحدهای عملی آن زیاد بود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> Due to the review of general dental courses, it was necessary to assess the students&#39; satisfaction with this curriculum. The aim of this study was the assessment level of students&rsquo;satisfaction with the new educational curriculum of the Ministry of Health at the department of restorative dentistry of Tehran university of medical sciences in 2019-2020.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this descriptive cross-sectional trial,72 sixth year dental students of Tehran University who passed the restorative dentistry courses based on the new curriculum were studied. A questionnaire was developed and for validity content assessment, it was presented to 5 professors and then revised. For reliability approval of the questionnaire, test-retest approach was used. The questionnaire was given to the 30 students of the main pilot group in one session and two-week later and agreement percentage and Kappa index were calculated.&nbsp; After conducting the &quot;test&quot; process and re-testing, the &quot;questions&quot; were statistically analyzed using STATA software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The most level of satisfaction regarding to practicality of subjects was found for fundamental of restorative dentistry including principles of amalgam class I cavity preparations and restorations on the dentic (81.94% and 76.39% acceptable respectively) and the principles of amalgam classII cavity restorations on the dentic (72.22%). The least satisfaction levels were obsereved in the first and second theoretical restorative courses including tooth-colored restorations (47.22%), onlays and inlays (47.22%) and tooth-colored classII cavity preparations and restorations (48.61%).
