fa راهکارهای مرتبط با بهداشت دهان و دندان سالمندان در پاندمی ویروس کرونا: یک مطالعه مروری عمومی general مقاله مروری review article <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:time new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">با توجه به شیوع ویروس کرونا و محدودیت در دسترسی به خدمات درمانی در اجتماع، به وضوح نگرانی‌های عدیده‌ای به وجود آمده است و زندگی افراد به ویژه سالمندان را با مشکلاتی مواجه ساخته است. سالمندان بیشتر از گروه‌های سنی دیگر در خطر ابتلا به این ویروس هستند. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی وضعیت خدمات دندانپزشکی سالمندان در دوران شیوع کرونا و ارائه راهکارهای مرتبط با بهداشت دهان و دندان سالمندان در پاندمی کرونا است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> مطالعه حاضر با روش مروری انجام گرفت. کلیدواژه‌ها عبارت بودند از: ویروس کرونا و دندانپزشکی، دندانپزشکی و سالمندان، کرونا و سالمندان. مقالات براساس یافته‌ها و متون مرتبط انتخاب شدند. مقالات انگلیسی زبان با استفاده از موتورهای جستجو </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:time new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Google Scholar</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">،</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:time new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Science direct </span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">،</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:time new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">PubMed </span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">&nbsp;و</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:time new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> Research Gate</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> انتخاب شدند. منابع در بازه زمانی دی ماه 98 تا مهر ماه 99 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.<br> بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج 15 مقاله بررسی شد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> یافته‌های تحقیقات نشان دادند که اغلب پژوهش‌ها به اهمیت دندان پزشکی سیار و دندان پزشکی از راه دور اشاره داشته‌اند. در پاندمی کرونا، تشخیص صحیح مشکل بیمار و تعیین بهترین روش درمانی برای فرد سالمند بسیار مهم است و باید از ورود غیر ضروری سالمندان به دندانپزشکی جلوگیری شود. </span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> بسیاری از سالمندان از پیگیری درمان بیماری‌های دهان و دندان در دوران کرونا، به دلیل ترس از ابتلا به کرونا، هزینه‌های زیاد دندانپزشکی، عدم دسترسی به خدمات مناسب، ممانعت می‌کنند و این امر موجب مشکلات جبران ناپذیری در سلامت آن‌ها خواهد شد. از این رو ارائه راهکارهایی کاربردی جهت سهولت درمان این گروه سنی، پیشنهاد می‌گردد.</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"></span></div> <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> Due to the prevalence of corona virus and restrictions on access to health care in the community, there are clearly many concerns and problems for the lives of people, especially the elderly. Older people are at higher risk for this type of virus than the other ages. The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of dental services for the elderly during the corona outbreak and to provide solutions related to oral health of the elderly during the corona virus pandemic.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: The present review study was performed and the selected keywords were: coronavirus and dentistry, dentistry and the elderly, corona and the elderly. Articles were selected based on findings and related texts. English language articles were selected using Google Scholar, Science direct, PubMed and Research Gate search engines. Sources were reviewed between January 2019 and October 2020. Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 15 articles were reviewed.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Research findings showed that most studies have pointed to the importance of mobile and tele-dentistry. In a coronary pandemic, it is very important to correctly diagnose the patient&#39;s problems and determine the best type of treatment for the elderly. In addition, the elderly should be prevented from entering the unnecessary dental treatments.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="text-align: justify;"><div style="clear:both;"></div><strong>Conclusion</strong>: Many elderly people avoid the treatment of oral diseases during coronavirus pandemic due to fear of coronavirus, high dental costs, lack of access to appropriate services, and this causes irreparable problems in their health.
