fa مقایسه لابراتوری ثبات رنگ کامپوزیت پس از Rebonding با استفاده از دو ماده چسبنده مختلف عمومی general تحقیقی Research <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> تغییر رنگ ترمیم‌های کامپوزیتی عمده‌ترین عامل در تعویض این ترمیم‌ها است. هدف از این مطالعه ‌ارزیابی ثبات رنگ کامپوزیت پس از Rebonding با استفاده از دو ماده چسبنده مختلف بود.<p></p><p dir="rtl"><strong>روش بررسی</strong><strong>:</strong> تعداد 45 نمونه دیسک کامپوزیتی تهیه و سطح نمونه‌ها با استفاده از دیسک و لاستیک پرداخت شدند. سپس نمونه‌ها به سه گروه تقسیم شدند (15=n). در گروه اول: هیچ مرحله دیگری انجام نشد. در گروه 2: دیسک‌های کامپوزیتی با ارتوفسفریک اسید 37% اچ شدند، سپس از عامل باندینگ Margin-bond جهت Rebonding استفاده شد. در گروه 3: مراحل کار مانند گروه 2 بود، اما بعد از اچ، در سطح دیسک از ماده Permaseal استفاده شد. بعد از اندازه‌گیری اولیه اسپکتروفتومتریک، نمونه‌ها جهت aging به مدت 3 هفته در قهوه قرار گرفتند. سپس اندازه‌گیری مجدد اسپکتروفتومتریک انجام شد. جهت آنالیز آماری داده‌ها از تست ANOVA و تست Tukey با سطح معنی‌داری 05/0P< استفاده شد.</p><p dir="rtl"><strong>یافته‌‌ها:</strong> طبق نتایج به دست آمده، میانگین تغییرات کلی رنگ E)Δ( در گروه 1: (34/0±4/1)، گروه 2: ( 51/1±24/5) و گروه 3: (34/1±44/7) بود. در مقایسه دو دویی گروه‌ها با همدیگر (001/0>P) اختلاف کاملاً معنی‌دار بود.</p><p dir="rtl"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> درصورتیکه از مواد چسبنده ذکر شده جهت Rebonding نمونه‌ها استفاده شود، باعث افزایش ثبات رنگ ترمیم‌های کامپوزیتی نمی‌گردد.</p></span /> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong><strong> </strong>Discoloration of resin composites is considered to be the major factor in esthetic restoration failures. The aim of this study was to evaluate the color stability of resin composites after rebonding with two different adhesive materials.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>Forty five composite disc samples were divided into three groups (n=15). The surface of specimens was finished by polishing disc and rubber. In group 1, any additional phase was not performed. In group 2, composite discs were etched by %37 orthophosphoric acid, then Margin- bond was used for rebonding. In group 3, the etching procedure was in the same manner used for group 2, but Permaseal was used after etching. After the first phase of spectrophotometric measurement, the specimens were dipped in coffee mix for 3 weeks for aging the specimens. Then the second phase of spectrophotometric evaluation was performed. Collected data was analyzed using one-way ANOVA test followed by Tukey test. P<0.05 was considered as the level of significance.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Results:</strong> The mean total color difference (∆E) observed in groups 1 to 3 were 1.4±0.34, 5.24±1.51, and 7.44±1.34, respectively.
