fa بررسی میزان همبستگی نتایج حاصل از آنالیزهای اسکلتی زاویه ای ANB با آنالیزهای خطی Wit و Wylie و Harvold و Schwartz عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">براساس مطالعات هندسی در مورد آنالیز زاویه ای ANB در تعیین رابطه افقی فکین، اعتبار این آنالیز به دلیل تاثیر عوامل مختلف بر روی آن زیر سوال رفته است. بر این اساس به جای آن آنالیزهای خطی افقی مختلفی پیشنهاد شده است. از آنجا که سیستم کرانیوفاسیال یک سیستم سه بعدی و فانکشنال می باشد و مطالعات هندسی به تنهایی جهت پذیرش چنین ادعاهایی کافی نمی باشد؛ مطالعه حاضر که در واقع یک مطالعه بیولوژیک است، به منظور تعیین همبستگی آماری نتایج حاصل از آنالیز زاویه ای ANB با آنالیزهای خطی بعد افقی Wit و Wylie و Harvold و Schwartz انجام شده است؛ بدین منظور آنالیزهای فوق بر روی کلیشه سفالومتری 40 بیمار 11-9 ساله انجام شد و نتایج حاصل بیانگر ضریب همبستگی معنی دار بین آنالیزهای خطی فوق با آنالیز زاویه ای ANB می باشد. نتایج حاصل نتوانست نتایج بررسیهای هندسی را در تمام موارد تایید کند. </font></p> <p>According to different studies - especially geometric ones - different factors have been proposed that can affect horizontal dimension parameters. The aim of this study is claimed on the title. The study is of a descriptive and cross- sectional type.Fourteen lateral cephalogerams were selected to the sample consisted of 21 boys and 19 girls with the mean age of 9.83 years who suffered from different skeletal & dental malocclusion and were selected by simple sampling method.The linear parameters of wit's and wylie (which depend on occlusal & FH planes), the harvold parameter (which is independent of reference planes) & the proportional parameter of Schwartz were selected & their correlation with angular parameter of ANB were evaluated.</p><p><strong>The results showed</strong>:1- All of the horizontal analyses showed statistically significant correlation.2- The ANB parameter showed high correlation with wit's, wylie, harvold & shawartz analyses and the correlation between ANB & wit's was higher than others.</p> آنالیز،همبستگی،اسکلتال Skeletal 16 20 http://jdm.tums.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-25-568&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 T.
