fa تعیین وضعیت مراقبت و درمان بیماران مبتلا به سرطان دهان مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان شریعتی تهران طی سال‌های 1392-1382 عمومی general تحقیقی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> امروزه بروز سرطان دهان در حال افزایش است. با توجه به افزایش جمعیت، امید به زندگی و مواجهه با عوامل خطر، شاهد افزایش شیوع به خصوص در زنان می‌باشیم. در کشور ما نیز با توجه به افزایش عوامل خطر این بیماری رو به افزایش است. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین وضعیت مراقبت و درمان بیماران مبتلا به سرطان دهان مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان شریعتی تهران طی سال‌های 1392-1382 می‌باشد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> پژوهش حاضر یک بررسی توصیفی مقطعی بر روی مبتلایان به سرطان دهان در بیمارستان شریعتی تهران طی 10 سال بود که اطلاعات از طریق پرونده‌های بیماران جمع آوری شدند و با نرم‌افزار SPSS21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> آنالیز رگرسیون در 5 مدل انجام شده که در آن متغیرهای سن، جنس، محل تومور، &nbsp;stageو grade به عنوان متغیر مستقل و متغیر تأخیر درمان (فاصله زمانی تشخیص تا درمان) به عنوان متغیر وابسته وارد آنالیز شدند. نتیجه نشان داد که مدت زمان سپری شده از تشخیص تا درمان با متغیر سن بیمار ارتباط مثبت دارد، یعنی هرچه سن بیشتر بوده تأخیر در درمان هم بیشتر بوده است (05/0P˂). این مدت زمان با جنس، محل تومور، grade و stage ارتباط نداشت.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به عواقب سرطان دهان برای بیماران، ضرورت تدوین برنامه‌هایی برای پیشگیری، تشخیص زود هنگام و در نتیجه بهبود زندگی مبتلایان مشخص می‌گردد.<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> <strong>Background and Aims:</strong> In modern societies, the incidence of oral cancer is increasing. It may be due to the increased population, life expectancy, and exposure to risk factors. This increase can particularly be seen in women and in our own country, Iran. The aim of the present study was to explore the status of care and treatment of patients with oral cancer referring to Shariati educational hospital in Tehran, during the years 2003-2013.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> The present study was a cross-sectional descriptive survey on oral cancer patients attending the Shariati hospital in Tehran during a ten-year period. Data were collected through patient records and statistically analyzed by SPSS21 software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Regression analysis was performed in 5 models, where variables such as age, gender, location of the tumor, stage and grade was entered as independent variables and delay in treatment (time interval from diagnosis to treatment) entered as the dependent variable. The analysis showed that the elapsed time from diagnosis to treatment had a positive association with age of the patients. It means that the higher the age, the more delay in treatment (P<0.05).
