fa مروری بر کاربردهای مهندسی بافت در شاخه‌های مختلف دندانپزشکی عمومی general تحقیقی Research علم دندانپزشکی تاکنون بر اصلاح و بهبود خصوصیات مواد مصنوعی استوار بوده است. اما ظهور مهندسی بافت دندان، منجر به تغییر چارچوب محصولات اصلی، مانند مواد ترمیمی و ایمپلنت‌ها خواهد شد. بدون شک، علم زیست مواد با پذیرش این تکنولوژی جدید، در مرحله‌ای بزرگ از گذار تاریخی خود قرار دارد. هدف از این مقاله بررسی کاربردهای مهندسی بافت در شاخه‌های مختلف دندانپزشکی می‌باشد. برای رسیدن به این هدف، با استفاده از کلید واژه‌های dental stem cells، teeth tissue engineering، regenerative dentistry، oral surgery، periodontal regeneration و regenerative endodontics مروری بر مقالات موجود در پایگاه مدلاین انجام شد. محدوده جستجوی مقالات، عمدتاً از سال 2000 به بعد بود. براساس این مطالعه مروری می‌توان پیش‌بینی نمود که هرچند مشکلات عمده‌ای بر سر راه مهندسی بافت‌های دندانی وجود دارد، اما به زودی این تکنیک، کاربردهای فراوانی در دندانپزشکی خواهد یافت.</p> </span> <p style="text-align: justify">Dentistry has been a field dominated by a constant improvement of synthetic biomaterials. Tissue engineering of tooth is coming to change the panel of the dental materials such as restorative materials and implants. Certainly, it is the largest transition in history of dental materials science in terms of accepting this new and exciting technology. The objective of this article is to present various implications of tissue engineering in different fields of dentistry. To achieve this goal, a review of the literature was carried out by using Medline database to search topics including "dental stem cells", "teeth tissue engineering", "regenerative dentistry", "oral surgery", "periodontal regeneration" and "regenerative endodontics". These searches were limited to articles published after the year 2000.
