fa شیوع عفونت هپاتیت C در دندانپزشکان شهر یزد  و سنجش آگاهی آنها در مورد انواع هپاتیت عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" dir="rtl"><strong>بیان مسأله:</strong> هپاتیت C عفونت نسبتاً شایعی است که یکی از راههای انتقال آن ورود اتفاقی سوزن آلوده می‌باشد و دندانپزشکان از این نظر پیوسته در معرض خطر می‌باشند. <br><strong>هدف: </strong>مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی شیوع هپاتیت C و سنجش آگاهی دندانپزشکان شهر یزد در مورد انتقال و پیشگیری از بیماری هپاتیت انجام شد.<br><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی که به صورت مقطعی (1381) انجام شد، از تمامی دندانپزشکان شاغل در شهر یزد نمونه خون (104 مورد) گرفته شد و در آزمایشگاه سازمان انتقال خون شهر یزد، ابتدا به روش ELISA نسل اول از نظر Anti HCV و در صورت مثبت بودن آزمایش Riba برای تأیید انجام شد؛ در این بررسی همچنین پرسشنامه‌ای توسط هر دندانپزشک تکمیل گردید که به وسیله آن میزان آگاهی وی نسبت به بیماری هپاتیت سنجیده شد. پس از استخراج نتایج، نمرات آگاهی در سطو ح متغیرهای مستقل و با استفاده از آزمونهای آنالیز واریانس و t مقایسه شدند.<br><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> هیچ یک از 104 نمونه گرفته‌شده از نظر Anti HCV مثبت نبودند؛ میانگین کلی آگاهی دندانپزشکان در مورد هپاتیت 08/14 در مقیاس 20 بود؛ آگاهی 1/92% از این افراد، در حد متوسط و بالا بود بین آگاهی افراد مورد مطالعه با متغیرهای سن، جنس و سابقه کار از نظر آماری اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود نداشت. <br><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> طبق یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر، نبودن آلودگی به هپاتیت C در دندانپزشکان شهر یزد ناشی از شیوع کم این هپاتیت در جامعه شهری یزد و نیز نشانگر آگاهی و عملکرد مطلوب در مورد راههای جلوگیری از عفونتهای قابل انتقال از طریق خون و دهان می‌باشد.</p> <strong>Statement of Problem:</strong> Hepatitis C is a relatively common infection which can be transmitted through accidental inoculation consequently dentists are highly at the risk of exposure to this virus.<br><strong>Purpose:</strong> The aim of this study was to determine prevalence of Hepatitis C among the dentists of Yazd and to evaluate their knowledge about the existing ways for the transmission and prevention of this infection.<br>Materials and Methods: In this descriptive- analytic study which was performed periodically (2002), the sera of all dentists practicing in Yazd were tested (104 samples) in the laboratory of Yazd blood transfusion organization initially by 1st generation of Elisa for Anti HCV followed by Riba on positive samples to confirm the results. Meanwhile a questionnaire assessing their knowledge about hepatitis was completed the by the dentists. Data were analyzed by ANOVA and t test.<br><strong>Results:</strong> None of the one hundred and four samples of sera were positive for Anti HCV. Mean score of their knowledge was 14.80 (of 20). The knowledge of 92.1% of them was at moderate to high level. No significant difference was observed between Yazd's dentists knowledge about hepatitis C in different age, gender and length of professional experience groups.<br><strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to this study, the absence of HCV among the dentists of Yazd is mainly attributed to the low prevalence of HCV infection among general population, though it can also be an indicative of the knowledge and excellent performance of the dentists to prevent the transmission of infection through blood and saliva. دندانپزشکان،هپاتیت C،آگاهی Dentists; Hepatitis C; Knowledge 55 59 http://jdm.tums.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-25-383&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 MA.
