fa میزان نسبت کنتراست سرامیک‌های گلیز شده و پالیش شده پس از Accelerated aging عمومی general تحقیقی Research <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> هدف از این مطالعه لابراتواری مقایسه دو نوع مختلف آماده‌سازی سطحی بر روی نسبت کنتراست سرامیک IPS e.max Press قبل و بعد از قرارگیری در معرض Accelerated aging بود.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> 10 نمونه دیسکی شکل (10×5/1 میلی‌متر) از سرامیک‌های IPS e.max press براساس دستورالعمل کارخانه سازنده ساخته شد. نمونه‌ها به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه گلیز و پالیش تقسیم شدند (تعداد=5). نسبت کنتراست نمونه‌ها قبل و بعد از Aging با دستگاه اسپکتروفوتومتر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نسبت کنتراست (CR=Yb/Yw) به صورت نسبت شدت روشنایی نمونه‌ها روی پس زمینه سیاه (Yb) و پس زمینه سفید (Yw) تعریف می‌شد. آنالیز داده‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس دو طرفه انجام گرفت.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> پس از 300 ساعت Aging همه نمونه‌های IPS e.max Press افزایش معنی داری در نسبت کنتراست خود نشان دادند (005/0P=). سرامیک‌های پرداخت شده در مقایسه با سرامیک‌های گلیز شده افزایش معنی‌داری در اپاسیته خود داشتند (018/0P=).</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به محدودیت‌های مطالعه حاضر از یافته‌های به دست آمده می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که سرامیک‌های گلیز شده در مقایسه با سرامیک‌های پرداخت شده دارای ثبات ترانسلوسنسی بالاتری پس از Aging می‌باشند.</p> </span> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong><strong> </strong>The purpose of this in vitro study was to assess the effect of two different surface treatments on the contrast ratio of IPS e.max press ceramic submitted to accelerated aging.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>Ten ceramic (IPS e.max Press) disks (10-mm diameter and 1.5-mm thick) were fabricated according to the manufacturer's recommendations. The samples were randomly divided into 2 groups (n=5): polishing and glazing. Contrast ratio ware obtained with a spectrophotometer before and after accelerated aging. The contrast ratio (CR=Yb/Yw), was defined as the ratio of illuminance (Y) of the test material when it is placed on the black background (Yb) to the illuminance of the same material when it is placed over a white background (Yw), was determined. The data were statistically analyzed by two-way analysis of variance (P<0.05).</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Results: </strong>All specimens of IPS e.max press ceramic showed significant increase in CR after 300-hour accelerated aging time (P=0.005).
