fa ساخت یک نرم‏افزار رایانه‏ای جهت طراحی پروتزهای پارسیل متحرک عمومی general تحقیقی Research یکی از مشکلات اصلی درمان با پروتزهای پارسیل متحرک طرح درمان می‎باشد. جهت سرعت، سهولت و دقت بیشتر در طراحی پروتزهای پارسیل متحرک می‌توان از رایانه استفاده کرد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تهیه یک نرم‏افزار جهت طراحی پروتزهای پارسیل متحرک انجام شد. جهت تهیه این نرم‎افزار از نتایج پرسشنامه (بخش اول) و کتب مرجع پروتزهای پارسیل متحرک، نرم‏‎افزار Visual C++ و برنامه‏ فارسی نویس مریم استفاده شد. جهت استفاده از این نرم افزار با مشخص کردن دندان‌های غایب و اطلاعاتی در مورد دندان‌های پایه، طرح درمان نهایی به صورت نوشتاری و تصاویر گرافیکی توسط رایانه و به صورت هوشمند ارائه می‎شود. نرم‏افزار فوق هوشمند و کم حجم است. از این سیستم قدم به قدم در آموزش طراحی پروتزهای پارسیل متحرک می‌توان سود جست، ضمن این که به عنوان کمک به کلینیسین در تصمیم‌گیری در طراحی پروتز پارسیل مفید است. به علاوه این سیستم قابلیت تبدیل به نرم‏افزاری کاملتر را دارد.</p> </span> <p><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Designing removable partial dentures is one of the most important phases of prosthetic treatments. Computer can be used to facilitate and increase accuracy of removable partial denture design. The aim of this study was to develop a software for removable partial denture design.</p><p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> A questionnaire (discussed in part I) and major textbooks, were used to determine the design rules.  The software (RPD Graph) was developed using Visual C++ and Maryam program. The RPD Graph can determine the classification of partial edentulous arch. With defining the missing teeth and providing data about prognosis and conditions of abutment teeth, the removable partial design will be developed by RPD Graph. This software is a knowledge-based system which has specific characteristics. It can be used as an educational tool for teaching RPD design and as a clinical tool for supporting clinician's decision.
