fa بررسی موفقیت بالینی و رادیوگرافیک پالپوتومی ‌مولارهای شیری باRoot MTA و فرموکرزول عمومی general تحقیقی Research <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> داروهای مختلفی در درمان پالپوتومی ‌مولارهای شیری به کار می‌رود که معمول‌ترین آنها فرموکرزول می‌باشد. با توجه به احتمال وجود عوارض جانبی این ماده جایگزینی آن با داروی دیگری ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی موفقیت کلینیکی و رادیوگرافیک پالپوتومی‌مولارهای شیری با MTA Root و فرموکرزول می‌باشد.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی، 70 دندان مولار شیری در کودکان4 تا 7 ساله که به دلیل پوسیدگی نیاز به پالپوتومی ‌داشتند با MTA ایرانی و فرموکرزول درمان شدند. بیماران بعد از 6 و 12 ماه توسط دندانپزشک دیگری که از گروه‌های مذکور اطلاعی نداشت، تحت بررسی قرار گرفتند. نهایتا داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون دقیق فیشر آنالیز شد.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در پایان دوره 12 ماهه در گروه فرموکرزول در 2 دندان فیستول و حساسیت به ضربه و از نظر رادیوگرافیک در 1 دندان تحلیل داخلی و در 2 دندان رادیو لوسنسی فورکا دیده شد. در گروه MTA Root هیچ مورد شکست بالینی و رادیوگرافیک دیده نشد.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه می‌توان در پالپوتومی ‌مولارهای شیری از MTA Root (ایرانی) استفاده نمود.</p> </span> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman"><strong><span style="font-size: 10.5pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Mitra'">Background and Aim</span></strong><span style="font-size: 10.5pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Mitra'">: <span style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: AR-SA mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US">Several agents were used for pulpotomy in primary molars. Formocresol is the most common drug in this procedure. In some studies it has been shown that, this material has potential some side effects, so it is essential to find other alternatives. The aim of this study was to evaluate clinical and radiographic success rates of mineral trioxide aggregate and formocresol.</span></span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Mitra'"></span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman"><strong><span style="font-size: 10.5pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Mitra'">Materials and Methods:</span></strong><span style="font-size: 10.5pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Mitra'"> <span style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: AR-SA mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US">In this randomized clinical trial study, 70 carious primary teeth of 4 to 7-year-old children were pulpotomized, and remaining pulp was dressed with Root MTA and formocresol. The clinical and radiographic follow up evaluations were performed at 6, 12 months by a blind dentist. The data were analyzed by Fisher's exact test.</span></span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman"><strong><span style="font-size: 10.5pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Mitra'">Results:</span></strong><span style="font-size: 10.5pt mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Mitra'"> <span style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: AR-SA mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US">At the end of 1-year follow-up period, in formocresol group sinus tract and tenderness to percussion were seen in 2 teeth, internal resorption was seen in 1 tooth, and furcation radiolucency was seen in 2 teeth.
