fa ارزیابی محیط آموزشی دانشکده دندانپزشکی ایلام بر اساس پرسشنامه DSLES در سال 1403 آسیب شناسی فک و صورت oral and maxillofacial pathology تحقیقی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف‌:</strong> محیط یادگیری به عنوان هر چیزی که در کلاس درس یا گروه آموزشی، دانشکده یا دانشگاه اتفاق می‌افتد تعریف شده است. آگاهی از نظرات دانشجویان دندانپزشکی از محیط یادگیری خود، مسئولان را در ارائه راه کارهای بهبود کیفی و کمی آموزش بالینی یاری می‌کند. یکی از ابزارهایی که به اندازه گیری کمی محیط و فضای حاکم بر آموزش دندانپزشکی می‌پردازد (Dental Student Learning Environment Survey) DSLES می‌باشد،&nbsp;لذا هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی محیط آموزشی دانشکده دندانپزشکی ایلام بر اساس مدل DSLES بود.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی- مقطعی بر روی 114 دانشجوی رشته دندانپزشکی دانشکده دندانپزشکی ایلام به صورت سرشماری در سال 1403 انجام شد. اطلاعات به دست آمده توسط نرم افزار SPSS24 مورد ارزیابی&nbsp;قرار گرفت. مجموع نمرات محاسبه شده با استفاده ازآزمون t-test (Student&rsquo;s t-test) تحلیل شد و سطح معنی داری در این مطالعه 05/0>p در نظر گرفته شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌‌ها: </strong>نتایج نشان داد که محیط آموزشی دانشکده دندانپزشکی در ابعاد مختلف در محدوده میانه تا نسبتاً مطلوب قرار داشت، اما هیچ یک از مؤلفه‌ها به حد عالی نرسیدند. بالاترین امتیاز مربوط به &quot;روابط بین دانشجویان&quot; و پایین‌ترین امتیاز مربوط به &quot;انعطاف برنامه آموزشی&quot; بود. روابط بین دانشجویان بالاترین امتیاز در بین مؤلفه‌ها که نشان ‌دهنده فضای همکاری و تعامل مثبت بین دانشجویان بود (002/0=p). انعطاف برنامه آموزشی پایین‌ترین امتیاز در بین مؤلفه‌ها ساختار نسبتاً سخت و کم ‌انعطاف برنامه‌های آموزشی بود (000/0=p). نتایج مطالعه نشان‌ دهنده تفاوت‌های آماری معنی دار بین ادراک دانشجویان پری‌کلینیک و کلینیک از محیط آموزشی بود (05/0p<).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌ گیری:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که محیط آموزشی دانشکده دندانپزشکی از ساختار پایه‌ای مناسبی برخوردار بود ولی نیازمند تحولاتی در جهت بهبود کیفیت آموزشی می‌باشد. تمرکز بر افزایش انعطاف‌ پذیری برنامه‌های آموزشی، تقویت پاسخگویی به نیازهای دانشجویان (به ویژه در دوره کلینیک) و حفظ عدالت جنسیتی موجود می‌تواند به ارتقای کیفیت کلی محیط آموزشی منجر شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims: </strong>The learning environment is defined as anything that happens in a classroom or educational group, faculty or university. Evaluation of dental students&rsquo; opinions&nbsp; about their learning environment, can help those responsible to provide solutions for improving the quality and quantity of clinical education. One of the tools that quantitatively measures the environment and atmosphere governing dental education is DSLES (Dental Student Learning Environment Survey). Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the educational environment of the Ilam School of Dentistry based on the DSLES questionnaire.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This descriptive-cross-sectional study was conducted on 114, clinical and pre-clinical students of the Ilam School of Dentistry were enrolled in the study in 2025. Data were analyzed using SPSS software (version 24). Total scores were analyzed using Student&#39;s<br> t-test and the significance level was set at p<0.05.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The results showed that the educational environment of the dental school was in the medium to relatively desirable range in various dimensions, but none of the components reached the excellent level. The highest score was related to the &quot;relationships between students&quot; and the lowest score was related to the &quot;flexibility of the educational program&quot;. &quot;Relations between students&quot; was the highest score among the components (p=0.002). Curriculum flexibility had the lowest score among the components (p=0.000). The results of the study indicated statistically significant differences between the preclinical and clinical students&#39; perceptions of the educational environment (p<0.05).<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>The educational environment of the school of dentistry had a suitable basic structure but needed to be transformed.
