fa بررسی تأثیر سلامت دهان و دندان کودکان زیر شش سال شهر قزوین بر کیفیت زندگی خانواده و عوامل مؤثر بر آن در سال 1401 اطفال Pediatric dentistry تحقیقی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف‌:</strong> سلامت دهان و دندان به عنوان بخشی جدایی‌ ناپذیر از سلامت عمومی نامبرده می‌شود که می‌تواند مانند سایر بخش‌ها کیفیت زندگی فرد و خانواده را تحت شعاع قرار دهد. به دلیل رشد روانی و جسمی سریع کودکان، آن‌ها<br> بیش از دیگران در معرض عوارض منفی دهان و دندان قرار می‌گیرند. در همین‌ راستا مطالعه‌ حاضر به‌ بررسی‌ تأثیر سلامت دهان و دندان کودک بر کیفیت زندگی خانواده و عوامل تأثیرگذار روی آن در کودکان زیر 6 سال شهر قزوین‌ پرداخته‌ است‌.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> پژوهش‌ حاضر یک‌ مطالعه‌ مقطعی‌ است‌ که‌ بر روی والدین ٨٠ کودک زیر شش‌ ساله شهر قزوین‌ در سال 1401 انجام شد. روش نمونه گیری &quot;در دسترس&quot; و از میان مراجعه کنندگان دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قزوین بود. ابتدا اطلاعات دموگرافیک‌ کودک شامل‌ (سن‌، جنسیت‌، رتبه تولد کودک و میزان درآمد خانواده) از والدین گرفته شد، سپس‌ پرسشنامه‌‌ Family Impact Scale (FIS) توسط آن‌ها تکمیل گردید. این پرسشنامه تأثیر مشکلات دهان و دندان کودک بر خانواده را در با 4 خرده مقیاس بررسی می‌کند. پس از آن، راجع به سلامت عمومی، سلامت دهان و دندان، مراجعه به دندانپزشکی و خدمات دریافت شده سؤالات پرسیده شد. اطلاعات گردآوری شده به صورت توصیفی و تحلیلی&nbsp;با تست‌های واریانس، همبستگی پیرسون و T test مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته‌‌ها:</strong> ۸۰ والد که ۳۹ نفر از آن‌ها فرزند پسر و ۴۱ نفر فرزند دختر داشتند وارد مطالعه شدند. میانگین‌ سنی‌ کودکان مورد مطالعه‌ ٠٦/١&plusmn;٧٢/٤ سال بود (محدوده ۳ تا ۶ سال) از میان ابعاد کیفیت زندگی خانواده (FIS)، خرده ‌مقیاس امور مالی خانواده با میانگین 68/0&plusmn;53/0 بالاترین امتیاز و خرده‌ مقیاس تضاد خانواده با میانگین 44/0&plusmn;73/0 پایین‌ترین امتیاز را داشت. میانگین کلی کیفیت زندگی خانواده 6/0&plusmn;52/0 بود. بین متغیر پیامد (کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت دهان) و متغیر مستقل سطح اقتصادی خانواده و جنسیت رابطه آماری معنی داری مشاهده نشد (٠٥/٠P>) ولی بین متغیر کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت دهان با رتبه تولد کودک رابطه آماری معنی داری وجود داشت (002/0(P= به طوری که با افزایش رتبه تولد تأثیر سلامت دهان و دندان وی بر کیفیت زندگی خانواده افزایش پیدا می‌کند. همچنین، بین متغیر مستقل سن کودک و دو خرده مقیاس فعالیت خانواده (03/0(P= و تضاد خانواده (006/0(P= از میان ابعاد کیفیت زندگی خانواده رابطه&nbsp;معنی داری مشاهده شد به شکلی که کم بودن سن کودک ارتباط سلامت دهان و دندان او بر کیفیت زندگی خانواده را افزایش می‌دهد. بین سلامت عمومی و سلامت دهان و دندان کودک از دیدگاه والدین با تأثیر نمره FIS کسب شده رابطه معنی داری وجود داشت (به ترتیب 001/0P= و 04/0P=).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌ گیری:</strong> یافته‌‌ها حاکی‌ از تأثیر سلامت‌ دهان و دندان کودک بر کیفیت‌ زندگی‌ خانواده است که با سن کودک، رتبه تولد کودک، سلامت عمومی کودک و سلامت دهان و دندان او از نظر والدین ارتباط دارد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims: </strong>Oral health is recognized as an integral component of general health andlike other health aspects, can significantly impact the quality of life of both the individual and their family. Due to their rapid physical and psychological development, children are particularly vulnerable to the adverse consequences of oral health problems. Accordingly, the present study aimed to investigate the impact of children&#39;s oral health on family quality of life and the factors influencing this relationship among children under six years old in Qazvin, Iran.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This cross-sectional study was conducted on the parents of 80 six-year-old children in Qazvin city in 2022. A convenience sampling method was employed, recruiting participants from among those attending the Dental School of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences. Initially, the child&#39;s demographic information (age, gender, birth order, and family socioeconomic status) was collected from the parents. Subsequently, they completed the Family Impact Scale (FIS) questionnaire. This questionnaire assesses the impact of a child&#39;s oral and dental problems on the family, utilizing four subscales. Subsequently, questions were asked regarding general health, oral and dental health, dental visits, and the services received. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistics including variance, Pearson correlation, and T tests.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>80 parents were enrolled in the study of whom 39 had a son and 41 had a daughter. The mean age of the studied children was 4.72&plusmn;1.06 years, with an age range of 3 years (the youngest being 3 and the oldest 6 years old). Among the dimensions of family quality of life (FIS), the&nbsp;family finances&nbsp;subscale had the highest mean score&nbsp;(0.53 &plusmn; 0.68), while the&nbsp;family conflict&nbsp;subscale had the lowest (0.73&plusmn;0.44). The overall mean score for family quality of life was 0.52&plusmn;0.6. No statistically significant relationship was found between the outcome variable (oral health-related quality of life) and the independent variable of family economic status (P>0.05). However, a statistically significant relationship was observed with the independent variable of the child&#39;s birth order (P=0.002), indicating that the impact of the child&#39;s oral health on family quality of life would increase with a higher birth order. Furthermore, a significant relationship was found between the child&#39;s age and two subscales of family quality of life: family activity (P=0.03) and&nbsp;family conflict (P=0.006). Specifically, a younger child&#39;s age was associated with a greater impact of their oral health on the family&#39;s quality of life.
